DocuSign Stock Plunged on Soft Outlook – The Wall Street Journal

Shares of DocuSign Inc. fell 20% Friday, wiping out the stock’s pandemic-era gains, after the e-signature software maker released softer-than-expected guidance for its fiscal 2023.

The company said Thursday evening that it expects full-year revenue to be between $2.47 billion to $2.48 billion, lower than the $2.61 billion that analysts surveyed by FactSet had been expecting.
